With the school year in full swing, it’s important to get everyone organized and on the same page. Have no fear–Bievo has you covered, no matter where your day happens to takes you!

Our newest mobile app update makes it easier than ever to invite and add family members to your Bievo account on the go with quick-add functionality.

This new feature lets you simply enter the email addresses of the family members you want to include, rather than manually entering all of their information yourself to set up the account. (You will still have to manually add children under 13).

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log into the Bievo mobile app. Don’t have our app yet? Download it from Apple or Google Play today.
  2. Click the link for Family to open the Family Info feature.
  3. Click the plus button on the top of the screen to add a new family member, then click Invite Family Members.
  4. Enter up to four email addresses for your family members, then click Verify.
  5. Double check your email addresses (we don’t want invitations going to the wrong person!), and click Send Invite.

That’s it! When you invite your family members with our new invitation option, we’ll send them an email to let them know that you’ve invited them to the family Bievo account. They can simply click on the link in the email to set up their own Bievo profile. Once they do, you’ll all have access to your family account, where you can share a calendar, assign tasks, and much more.
